experience?:i have alot of experience with staff.
why you want staff?:so i can help farren out with them noobs.
what can you do?:well i know pretty much all the commands and i will not abuse my power.

how does that explain anything? What have you done personally for the server? And why call them noobs instead of saying, other players that are bad?
